Cat Rescue

Cats can climb trees very well but are not very good to descending and as most do not carry parachutes, they end up stuck in the canopy. Sometimes they climb for fun or because another animal has scared them but regardless of the reason they may end up being too high to safely reach using a ladder so it becomes necessary to find a professional tree climber to reach them and gently encourage them to come back to earth!

I use the current non-invasive tree access and climbing techniques to safely enter almost any tree and rescue your cat (and anything or anyone else that may be stuck in a tree!).

The main thing is not to worry as most cats can survive for many days in a tree and while they may grow hungry (sometimes this is enough of a motivation to try and descend unaided, if they smell their food at the base of the tree perhaps or hear their food being opened or shaken) but often find water in the tree on moss, lichen and leaves.
